Valuation
Our activities at Lehn & Partner are centred around national and international property valuation. We perform over 2,000 valuations per year, ranging from fair market appraisals and mortgage lending valuations to arbitration opinions, court-ordered appraisals and expert opinions on property issues concerning cost apportionment, compensation and conversion.
Client focus is a priority in our work. We provide comprehensive expert advice in advance of an assignment, including in issues of inheritance, divorce and fiscal law. Summary appraisals do not meet our high quality standards and are not part of the services we offer. Instead, we prioritize our clients’ interests and pursue individual solutions.
The quality of Lehn & Partner’s work speaks for itself and is safeguarded and monitored in internal quality assurance processes following the six-eye principle. Adherence to deadlines and service quality are further priorities. We have state-of-the-art IT infrastructure that enables us to operate a paperless office. As a result, we are able to offer our clients modern and efficient processes, with features including legally binding electronic signatures and an in-house cloud solution for secure data transfer. All our corporate processes undergo data security auditing as part of our ISMS certification.

By establishing our in-house research team, we have embraced the future of professional market research and analysis. We conduct focused, structured observations of the real-estate market and perform independent evaluations of primary and secondary data. Thanks to the market data we obtain, we keep our fingers on the pulse of developments.
Our research team conducts analyses of investment classes and investigates individual client queries. Our Valuation and Research departments work hand in hand throughout, constantly sharing information and findings.
